Holy Week: Palm Cross Making

After Palm Sunday, what do you do with all of the blessed palms you receive? Let's make them into crosses!

Join Catholic Campus Ministry for some traditional palm cross making on Tuesday, April 15th, at 3:30PM in the VISER Lab, located in the NTLC. We will follow along some guides on how to make the perfect palm cross! Please bring your palms from any Palm Sunday Mass you attend, as we will have palms provided, but they will be limited in supply. Make one for yourself, make it as a gift, hang it up in your dorm room, or add it to an Easter basket! Feeling up to the challenge? We will also make palm roses, and more challenging crosses.

We will also discuss the importance of Palm Sunday and the significance it plays in the season of Lent. We hope this provides you with a wonderful start to your Holy Week.

Questions can be directed to Campus Minister Lucia at lpasternak@kean.edu. Want to stay in the know on Catholic Campus Ministry events? Follow us @KeanCatholics or email to let us know if you want to receive our weekly newsletter.
