Catholic Chats: What To Give Up For Lent

Lent is almost here, and while it is tempting to wait until Ash Wednesday to decide what we want to "give up" for Lent, we want to chat about it ahead of time!

We will be meeting in MSC 315B at 3:30-4:30PM on February 15th, one week out from the start of Lent, to discuss different things you can "give up" or "take on" for Lent. That's right- you don't have to give something up, you can promise to do something instead! We will also talk about figuring out what Lenten promise or sacrifice works best for you and your faith life, how to know it is right for you, and tips to sticking to it for the following 40 days.

We hope to see you there!

Catholic Chats is a series of discussions led by Campus Minister Lucia on various topics and questions that pass through the Campus Ministry Office. Have something you want us to dive into? Let us know!

Questions can be directed to Campus Minister Lucia at lpasternak@kean.edu. Or, you can stay up to date on our events and opportunities by following us on instagram @KeanCatholics .
